Hasbro produced this fashion. Most obvious difference from the produced fashion is the addition of socks in the cartoon. Also the belt is orange with black jewels (not white with a single orange one), the top/neckline has an orange ringer and no obvious bustier neckline showing.
Trivia I think Kimber wears this fashion nearly as much as her original stage fashion!
