Episode Synopsis; A new foster girl is brought to Starlight House.  She is very talented at guitar and Jem and the Holograms try to bring her out of her shell by offering her the chance to play live with them.  Laura is stressed by this and turns to pills given to her by a pusher at school.  Basically your "say no to drugs" cartoon.

Being a Starlight Girls-heavy episode, there wasn't much call for new Jem fashions.
