Trick or Techrat: An old theatre downtown is facing the wrecking ball, thanks to Eric. Jem and friends of course offer to play a benefit concert to help raise money to save the theatre. Eric realizes that the owner won't leave and hires Tech Rat to make it appear to be haunted.
