Doll Name Raya
Stock # (US) #4210
Hasbro package contents listing 12 1/2" doll with stage fashion, drums, 2 drumsticks, pumps, hairpick, cassette tape and figure stand.
Comments/Trivia -Like Raya, Synergy seems to only come on the "knobby wrist"-style body.
-She is one of the rarest dolls to find, especially with her drum set.
Produced Variants So far, I know of dolls marked on their backs with one of the following places of manufacture, and there are slight variations among them:
  • China
To learn more about these body types and slight differences, please see the body variations page.

12 1/2" doll; Bubble gum pink wavy long hair, Hispanic skin tone.
  • Her hair is really two colours mixed together, a bubble gum pink and a slightly lighter/yellower pink.
  • She has really sparse eyebrows (just an editorial note ;)
  • Shares her face mold with Pizzazz.

stage fashion (shirt); White thick cotton with a high collar, floral print, rolled up sleeves.  It velcros completely open in the back, a mint lamé bow tie is attached at the neck.

stage fashion (belt); made of clear yellow plastic with silver glitter glued on at the back.  The belt "buckle" is a sewn on square of hot pink lamé (matches vest). Velcro fastener.
-These belts have a glittery adhesive on them that sometimes "melts" and gets goo all over the doll's clothes, so use them with caution!

stage fashion (skirt); turquoise lamé (matches bowtie) velcros in the back, slit on the side.

stage fashion (vest); lamé, mostly hot pink with turquoise trim around arms and around waist.  The collars are made of hot pink stretch sparkle fabric, the same material as Danse's pants.
stage fashion (tights); white stretch tights with floral pattern (similar to that on her shirt). Elasticized waist.
-Variant: At least one came with plain white tights (Thanks Bradford for the photo and information!)
stage fashion (earrings); Gold plastic hoops.
-I have been told of a Canadian version with fluorescent yellow hoops.

drums; Asymmetrical pair of hexagons, attach to a plastic pole that in turn fits into her figure stand base.

2 drumsticks; hot pink plastic.

pumps; Fluorescent yellow (slightly transparent) scalloped-Edged Pumps.
  • They are the same as those that came with Flash N' Sizzle Jem.
hairpick: Bright fluorescent yellow.
-I haven't seen this colour with any other doll.

cassette tape; White with pink letters.  Says "Raya- JEM Theme, "Love Unites Us," "There's a Melody Playin'"
figure stand; Raya's drums are basically useless without this stand which is slightly longer and has a hole in the front.  It is slightly less clear than the first year stands.
