The New Clash
|
|
First and only appearance is in Glitter and
Gold. |
This is a modification of the first
original outfit (A) that debuted in Starbright
Part
1: Falling Star. First
and only appearance is in Glitter and Gold. Note
that "The New Clash" (shown only in Glitter
and Gold)
has longer hair with only a slight suggestion of a rat-tail, also for
whatever reason, her makeup is mirrored. Her belt looks more like the
doll's belt and the shoes are also pink. After this point it is
replaced by Clash's
original outfit C), which is basically the
original version, but with all purple hair instead
of red & blue. |

The New Clash |
Hasbro
produced this doll & fashion. |
Clash
debuted much earlier in the series, but the New Clash seems to be a
revision based on what the produced doll would look like. The make-up
is mirrored in some scenes. Most notably the legs are bare on the
cartoon; the doll wore pink tights. As far as I know, Clash is never
shown on the cartoon with her distortion modulator and/or headphones.
The bracelets on the cartoon are shown to have "jingles" in them; the
doll merely got pink zig zag bracelets. The doll did not have
earrings. There is no buckle shown on the cartoon version of the
belt. |

Hasbro
produced this doll & fashion. |
Clash
debuted much earlier in the series (blue and red
hair!), was revamped for the "New Clash" in
Glitter & Gold, and revised one last time to
become this Clash, back with the rattail,
different belt and shoe colour. |

Note that this fashion
is Clash's original
outfit, except with all-purple hair in place
of the red and blue streaked hair. |
