blue & orange dress/top: blue satin with screened orange and white lightning bolts design, velcros in front.  Nylon collar, has ribbons on bottom to allow top to be puckered in front.
culottes: blue satin with a velcro closure. 
belt: orange with gold "buckle," velcro closure.
hose: Orange, matte with elasticized waist. 
socks: Spandex knee-highs, blue with orange polka-dots. 
hat: orange felt with a blue satin ribbon sewn on, has an elastic to keep the hat in place. 
shoes: Orange straight edged pumps.
sunglasses: Blue, square shaped.
