Jem Price Guide

It is with some reluctance that I've chosen to put up a Jem price guide here- mostly because I believe something is only as valuable as what you are willing to pay for it, not really what other people *might* pay for it.  But anyway, included here is a list of recent eBay auction ending prices for NRFB items over the last two years. Some things to keep in mind while using this list;

-The prices listed here are ONLY from US listings.  There are no foreign listings shown here- which accounts for the higher prices of at least some dolls that are currently available from Europe at much cheaper prices.

-Prices on eBay fluctuate due to a myriad of factors, some of these being

-items sold by sellers who sell many Jem items at one time,
-sellers who will ship outside of the US
-good/bad seller feedback
-reasonable shipping rates
-ending times
-temporary gluts in the market
So look at the highs and lows- they tell a more accurate story of value than the final average.  There is also no way of knowing for sure if these prices were ever actually *paid* for by the winner.

-This list is NOT representative of how many of "X" has been available on eBay.  Thumper (who compiled this information) chose only specific auctions to watch at any given time, the rarer items usually winning out in favour of the more common items.

-For the most part, "Buy It Now" auctions are not included in these totals.

-Items where the reserve was not met are not included.

-Totals have been rounded to the nearest dollar.

-Remember these are US eBay auction listings only, not prices paid at conventions, from other online sources, etc.

-All items are US, NRFB items, not Mexican, European, Canadian or other, boxes are in reasonable to mint condition (no trashed boxes)

Charts- prices are shown in chronological order, those nearer to the bottom being more recent.  The last row, highlighted in RED is the final average price.  The high number before that is the total of all the items above, it's NOT a price paid for the item.  They were compiled from the years approximately 2000-2005.  Newer auction totals have not been included.
