  • It was released both years
  • An On Stage Fashion
  • There is a song called "Music is Magic"
  • It was featured on the cartoon.
  • The photo used in both the first year Jem catalogue poster and the 1986 Hasbro Toy Fair Catalogue has no obvious differences from the actual produced fashion.
  • Another photo is used in the 1986 German Leaflet (same photo appears in the 1986 Belgium catalogue): showing the fashion with yellow shoes but is otherwise like the produced fashion.
  • First Year Package Art illustration looks pretty much exactly like what was produced .
  • The same photo  (see left) is used for the 1987 US Hasbro Toy Fair Catalogue, the 1987 France/UK Toy Fair Catalogue, the Second Year Jem Catalogue Poster and the Second Year package art, and it looks pretty much exactly like what was produced.
  • A 1987 issue of Topolino shows it as it was produced.
  • The back box always says what is contained with the fashion.  The bold words in my descriptions are what Hasbro themselves stated came with the fashion;
    Includes:gold jumpsuit, jacket and pumps
    gold jumpsuit: Is the typical Jem strapless pantsuit, capri length, velcros in back, made of gold lamé.  It tends to stay up a little better because it's slightly stiffer fabric.

  • note; There is no pattern on the fabric, shiny things don't scan well!
  • jacket; The jacket is long white and gold "swirl" patterned lace (same fabric is used on Fire N' Ice dress).  It is elasticized at the waist with a gold lamé circle covering the velcro closure.  It is accented with gold threaded epaulettes (same material as Gold Rush dress) with gold eyelet trim.
    pumps: Straight cut white pumps.  The only Jem fashion with shoes of this type.
