Second Year Only An On Stage Fashion There is a Jem song called "Friend or Stranger" Scans (except pantsuit) courtesy of Rhonda Robinson It is featured on the cartoon. The same photo  (see left) is used for the 1987 US Hasbro Toy Fair Catalogue, the 1987 France/UK Toy Fair Catalogue, the Second Year Jem Catalogue Poster and the Second Year package art, the top looks smoother/less splattered than the produced fashion's. It is one of the outfits featured in the Rock Backstager commercial. It may be in other commercials I haven't yet screen captured for this site. This outfit is shown on the Love Is Here Video Madness Box front image (same photo used  in the 1987 US Hasbro Toy Fair Catalogue Video Madness section) & the Love Is Here Video Madness Box back image (same image is used on the Second Year Jem Catalogue Poster) The pink looks much darker here than it is on the produced fashion, again the splotchy material seems to be a shinier fabric, not as ribbed as it is in real life.

Pantsuit; Fluorescent pink balloon pants (knee length) with attached ribbed white cotton tank top with paint splash design, velcros in back.  Same fabric is used around hems.

Belt; Made of a shiny material identical to Pizzazz's belt and sock, but in a much greener colour.

Socks; bright orange.  They are identical.

Shoes; Green Straight Edged Pumps.
