Some notable differences; the doll does not come with a bandana around her leg, the shoes should be grey (black is close enough I guess) and the leg warmer, in doll form, becomes a single sock. Her doll outfit isn't fringed either.

She's not often seen in this one; while the other girls keep their bathing suits from this season, Pizzazz is normally shown with a purple suit.

It's significantly darker blue than the produced fashion.  The hat is also shown to be shiny, there are lots of bracelets, a different design on the stomach, and the shoes are navy, not pink!  I like Pizzazz's "Jemstar" earrings too!
