The Rockin' Roadster

Sound	Picture	Explanation
Sung to "Truly Outrageous" (sounds like Britta Phillips' voice):  "Jem's Gotta Rockin' Roadster..."		Animated sequence: The Rockin' Roadster driving through puddles in France (I believe the Eiffel Tower is in the background).  This was animation made specifically for the commercial and doesn't really look like the Jem cartoons we are used to.
"...Flashy neon Limo, Jem's got a Rockin' Roadster..."		Jem stops the car. Rio comes up to it, lets Kimber out, and gets in.  Kimber waves as they drive off.
"...that takes her where she wants to go..."		Rio kisses Jem as she is driving.
"...Jem is truly truly outrageous!" Instrumental music continues throughout.		The screen pulls out and we realize it the animation is a movie playing at a drive-in theatre.  The toy Rockin' Roadster "drives" by with Jem at the wheel and Rio riding shot gun.
Announcer (female) "Jem's Rockin' Roadster is truly Outrageous!"		The background changes behind the car to a desert scene, where Rio is no longer in the car, but outside hitching a ride at the side of a desert highway.
Kid "Hey Rio, Wanna ride to the concert?"
Announcer: "Hidden in the back trunk...
is an FM radio..."
"...and under the hood there's room for Jem's costumes and musical instruments!"		It shows Award night pantsuit and boa, with a tape and someone placing Shana's guitar on top of it.
"Jem's Rockin' Roadster comes with an FM radio!"		Jem and Rio are standing outside "Studio 45" (cute), Jem wearing "Award Night", Rio in "Truly Outrageous."  Wish I had a set like this for my Jem dolls (and the space to put it ~_~)!
"Jem and Rio sold seperately."		Jump cut to Rio and Jem in the car and being push-driven away in the Rockin' Roadster.
"From Hasbro!"		Jem at the beach wearing "Permanent Wave".
(sung) "Jem!"		The commercial probably started out with this logo too.
