The Jem Model sheet number for this fashion is J-51, which is a bit confusing because that's also the model sheet number for Jem Star Pants J Shirt.  The episode numbers of the code correspond to their respective episodes, however.

The same pattern was used for all of the Holograms.  Only the colours and slight variations in jewellery and shoes set them apart from each other.

She wears white tights and gold pumps with this fashion in the cartoon, not turquoise tights and ankle boots like the dolls' produced fashion.
