Impersonating?: Barbara Walters in speech, Joan Rivers.

HARRY
Brief Character description: Big Race Fan and Bookmaker.  Dispenses unusual hot dogs.
Appeared all-too-briefly in: Intrigue at the Indy 500.
HARVEY "Do you want fashion or do you want artsy schmartzy?"
Brief Character description: Sarcastic fashion photographer, hired and subsequently fired by the Misfits.
Appeared all-too-briefly in: The Rock Fashion Book.
HARVEY GABOR "Buy whatever you need, I'll have the banks take care of it."
Brief Character description: He is Pizzazz's workaholic father, who probably believes that he is doing the best for his daughter by being able to provide for her.
Harvey Gabor and other Characters: He is fairly easily manipulated by his daughter who needs only to bat her eyelashes and say "P-uh-lease Daddy? For me?" to get what she wants.  But, he is a businessman and will not tolerate insane losses of money, even if Pizzazz begs him.  He is often disappointed in Pizzazz for making him buy out projects for her to sabotage.  He has a strange run-in with Kimber on Father's Day which makes Pizzazz extremely upset since she wanted to spend Father's Day with him and he told her he was busy.

HECTOR RAMIREZ
Brief Character description: Reporter.

HOWARD SANDS "Allow me to sweeten the deal."
Brief Character description: He is a big time movie director who promises a movie and a mansion to the winner of the Battle of the Bands contest at the beginning of the show's run.  Other than that... he's not terribly important
Howard and other Characters: He is basically on Jem's side.  He and the Countess Du Voisin seem to be somehow linked but they aren't currently married or anything.
Important or starring episodes: None, really.
There was not a doll made of him.
HUGH CARRINGTON
